Once signed up to a Membership Plan you will recieve a QR code. It couldn't be more simple, Scan your QR code at the door and let the training commence.

Our gym operates on a staffed and unmanned basis. When you sign up we will give you an induction to make sure you are comfortable using equipment.

Can I Park on site?
Can I Park on site?
Yes there is parking on site. Availability may vary throughout the day but after 5.30pm there is plenty of space to park right outside the gym.

Do you have showers and changing facilities on site?
No, unfortunatley we are unable to provide any showers or changing facilities. We do have toilets on site. We hope with most of our membership being local, this won't cause too many problems.
